I reserved my truck in advance because I had a job scheduled within a tight time window. When I arrived to pick it up, it took about an hour and a half just to receive the key. The staff member at the counter insisted that I needed a credit card to rent the truck. I explained multiple times that I could rent using cash or debit, but he refused to listen until I contacted their main office. The head office had to walk him through the process. As a result, I was an hour and a half late to my job. By the time I finished the move, it was after 5 p.m. I still had a couch to dispose of, but the landfill was closed after 5 on Saturday and all day Sunday. That meant I was stuck keeping the truck for three days, which cost me significantly more money and nearly cost me a client. This location appears to be poorly trained and unwilling to listen to customers. My experience was extremely frustrating and expensive. I would not recommend this location.
