Your ONLINE RESERVE system sucks azz. I got 2 confirmation emails that CONFIRMED I would be picking up my rental 5 minutes from my apartment. When I went to pick my rental up from the UHAUL in my neighborhood I was told they had NO order for me. I was then told to go to the CHICKEN SPOT. That set me out of MY way, not to mention added more miles to my trip. That cost me over an hour with this process. I do not want to DEAL with a mom & pop shop, if I did then I would have made my RESERVE there or chose that location. It was very inconvenient & I really didn't understand why I would get 2 emails CONFIRMING the order & then the PICK UP. Also the RESERVATION I made I had a APPLIANCE DOLLY. This CHICKEN SPOT had no DOLLY, they did NO walk around, I filled out NO PAPER WORK, then had to go back to my NEIGHBORHOOD Uhaul to get a DOLLY. This was the WORSE (you don't even get a star) experience I have EVER had with UHAUL. I have used the neighborhood location for over 10 years now & then these LUG NUTS switch my location out without me even knowing it. Very disappointed.

My contract provided me with a location to drop off a vehicle. I dropped off vehicle . Today received a phone call truck was never received and that I had to go to where I dropped it off too that was on my contract and take it to another location. If they don't receive it they will charge me for it he was not pleasant. However I spoke with some1 from Uhaul and she was Awesome Pleasant very professional. The representative made a bad situation good

Service sucks no assistance two charges from uhaul nobody mentioned that I willNever use uhaul again !! I'm sooooooo mad

Owner was not present at time of truck pick up and I waited over an hour to finally get the truck. Upon returning the truck which was due back at 11am, the business was not open for me to return the truck and i once again waited for the owner to arrive even though the website said the business opened at 11. It was almost an hour wait once again. Also, i only used 11 miles on the truck, but the business owner argued that was impossible even though i took pictures and showed her. She told me she was unable to process the truck return, but i should get a credit back to my account if mileage was correct after she had time to do the check in. She informed me she was too busy at the moment to complete the check in. She said she would do it later. Later in the day i got an extra charge from uhaul, i was charged an additional 15.00 when i should have received money back because i paid for mileage i did not use. This business was very unprofessional.

Customer service can advise on the trips to be made, rather than force offering storage. I ask for a1 way thinking it would be cheaper, wrong. I spent $137, for 3 hours. When I could spent $75 on a return. Horrible experience!!! I only had enough for a certain amount of hours. Then it could not be changed. That need to be suggested on the call!
