First come first serve More training for staff who need one. Don’t let customers wait for an hour to complete booking especially the equipment was booked 24 hrs prior .

Van was dirty, i clean my self at home before loading the items.
Arjun GBooked Uhaul picked up at 2:00 pm at this location. The truck arrived at 2:45pm and was able to drive out at 3:00 pm. Lost a lot time waiting. Will not recommend this location. Also still waiting for the final price adjustment, as they pre charge at a lot higher price.

The App is terrible, it kept kicking me out for almost each step so I had to go all over again, this happens when picking it up and dropping it off

Arjun GU-Hual web pages allowed me to make a reservation at 8:00 am, but the store open at 9:00 am. Because of this issue, I lost one hour from my schedule. It is very frustrating.

Luis AHave capable staff that can check customers in and out. Your system using a phone app is not user friendly when busy trying to perform a move. I was charged for a dolly that was not loaded into the van. The clerk could not perform a refund until his boss came in later that night … still have not seen the refund !
