There was damage to the truck and it had a problem accelerating. The guy at the counter was a total jerk.

This office was hard to see from the road. It's in a gated storage facility. I'd call ahead to get your bearing before going. However the guy running the place was very helpful and quick to check me back in and on my way in no time. Overall a great experience.

Donna DThe man I had to deal with was rude, I was standing at the counter and he said he had to go look at the u haul. I just stood there because he never said I had to go, he started to walk away and looks at me and said “I need you to skidaddle” why would you talk to a customer that way? He could have said you will have to come out here with me. He also never offered me to get gas in the u haul or get charged a fuel fee. I went 7 miles there is absolutely no way that was $28 in gas. He told me I would even get some money back, but Instead I got charged again. Online when I booked it said it was going to be $56 due upfront I got there and he said $79 but never said why? Then I had him my debit card and he called it a gift card? And then my total went to $100 because of my card? So unhappy, he didn’t communicate well at all.
Kristian PI was charged for a dolly that I didn’t receive. I was told to go to another dealer and get one. I was charged a second time. I was given a rental that was running on fumes. I returned it with the same amount and was charged $15.50 for 3 gallons of gas, which was a slap in the face. It should have had at least 1/4 tank of fuel to begin with. I WILL NOT BE RENTING FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!
