This neighborhood place took good care of. The place I went to pick up my truck along with my crew of movers gave away my truck that UHaul corporate arranged for me the day before. I certainly didn't agree to forfeit my arranged truck. I was very outraged by their actions. I realize the discounted rate corporate arrainged wasn't in their interest to keep, so getting full rate was more inline with their interest. I will definitely consider other options in future my concerns may become expressed through social media. Please correct your policy of giving away vehicles. If that means charging for no-shows then that's the worldly accepted practice for no-shows.Kirt C.

My biggest problem is the trailer lights did not work properly. My wife and son picked up the trailer and didn't think to check them. I know they are under staffed but usually someone comes out a helps hook up and check, which they didn't do.Mike S.

Printed documents when picking up and explaining the drop off procedure if the place is closed; I was charged an extra day because this information was not available to me and I had to drive back home to look it up on line which caused the trailer to be late and an extra days charge.Michael C.

I did self check in. The cab of the truck was very dirty. I was not happy but did not have the time to worry about it. Once I got checked in and turned on the engine the engine light was on and when I looked up I noticed the windshield was cracked. I had to call roadside and get them to set up a switch out 10 miles away.Steven G.

Tried to give me a dirty truck. The wipers were broken, the windshield was filthy, Mud and dirt all over the inside and road salt smeared all over the inside of the trailer. When asked about getting a different truck they told me that they didn't have anything else. They then gave us a different truck to use and asked if we could bring it back to them even though we were renting for a one way- across state rental. They had poor customer service. I was able to pick up the u-haul with no issues, and provided them the info needed (They do need to get a copy machine to make a copy of your license instead of taking a picture of the license on their phone for their records. I indicated "average" due to the inside being a messy due to being connected to a resale shop, and some inappropriate conversations happening in ear distance that I could hear. But the pick up and drop off of the u-haul was very easy, the 2 different women that I had to deal with were very pleasant, and efficient. On the weekends (and Friday's are considered the weekend) you do pay per mile, so if you have to move, try and move during the week - that is the only downfall - not really knowing the miles you'll drive the truck for the move to and from the u-haul shop, and having to be charged the difference from when they originally put a hold on your credit card.colyn W.

I reserved a 26' truck 2 months prior to my move date, I called 1 week before my mo e date to ensure I still had my reservation. I called 2 days before just to make sure as i had a team of about 12 coworkers and friends coming to help me move. When I showed up , the manager told me that he didnt have my truck and I could have a gift certificate instead. There were at least 2 other 26' trucks on the lot along with a few 20' trucks. I asked why I cannot get one of those as I am here first and he said those are reserved for other people who will pick them up later. I asked to speak to a manager, he - Jake said he was the manager and there was nothing he could do. What is the point of making reservations if they arent going to be held?andrew K.

Wayyyyyy to long of a wait time. Was sent back out to my car 3 times for things they knew they needed. They had trouble with another truck a customer rented. So because there is only one person who was working or knew what to do. It took one hour and ten minutes to rent a small 5x9 trailer. Truly horrible experience.Kevinedward R.
