It didn't had what a order and they change my pickup location the same day of pickup. For someone that is moving did not had no chance to change the location the send me to pickup

I dropped off the truck and the man at the store was from India I believe and he couldn't really understand me and I couldn't understand him. He didn't seem to know what to do so he called someone who I talked to on his phone and the man said to give him the keys. When I handed him the key he said Okay so I said is that it and he said yes. No paperwork, no walk around , no gas level check. Hours later I was looking at my email to make sure it was showing that it was dropped off but there wasn't' anything so I did a chat online and the guy did send me an email receipt that worked out but the whole experience was nerve racking.
