Give credit back due to the gas gage needle wasn't moving when I added fuel before returning, therefore I ended up putting in an 1/4 EXTRA costing me $10 more!! I intentionally left the vehicle (van) running to watch fuel gage which apparently wasn't working properly!! An extremely short distance that cost me more than I should have had to pay! Unhappy customer!

NANCY HI won’t be using u haul to move ever again. Made my reservation online only to find out it wasn’t available so was directed to this location. Found out when I got there the u haul was a “local” truck and had to be delivered back. The experience with u haul was a nightmare and will be recommending others to find an alternative.
