Joshua GThe truck was nice however I feel there is something wrong with the odometer. The distance from my door to my son’s door is 173 miles. So 346 round trip. I told them to just rough guess 400 when we picked it up. We did not stop but right on the highway at truck stop going and coming. Then they told me I had gone over 400 miles. I do not see how when we know how many miles from several trips. Thinking about turning this in to BBB. I feel like we were overcharged for sure

Kate RI rented a 26’ and a 9x12 trailer, they didn’t have the trailer hooked on it flipped off in the street, thx God I wasn’t on the highway someone could of been killed , a couple of people pulled over to help !!! It was a Saturday then when I went to get gas didn’t have trailer lights 🙁 your branches close early on Saturdays so couldn’t get lights closed on Sunday as well in Larned , so had to wait until Monday so had to have the truck & trailer for 2 more days so paid extra for that , no washer fluid either , I also called to keep trailer & truck said it would be 40.00 a day for truck & 20.00 for trailer, they charged the correct price the first day then the last drop off they overcharged me then I had to call 3 times to get the credit back for 200.00 over charge..all in all a terrible experience 🙁 dropped of in Eldorado, Ks great guy there

Andrea SHad to take first trailer back to store because last customer left a lock on it. While hooking up the second trailer the attendant scratched the tail gate of my truck with the hitch of the trailer.
Spencer JI currently am staying in my car with my wife and my 3 children because you guys took funds out of my bank account that you did not have any entitlement to and now because you can't return the money fast enough. I know I'm stuck sleeping in my car in Kansas City Missouri because you guys made a mistake that is continuing to spit ball into this massive massive problem. And nobody seems to know how to fix it. So for that I think u haul is an absolutely sham of a company
Israel SWe was supposed to pick up before 9am. Was there at 9 . The instructions by phone was not real clear. We muddle thought to try to get key out of the lock box. We got the code put the code in and we could not get key out. So that was frustrating we moved most stuff with pick up but I will never rent one when customer service is not at site. Otherwise they were very nice I would rent from them in person.

John HLower your fees. Charging me 4 days when I kept it for 29 hours is absurd. Then for the price you charge for the truck it has no cruise control, no power mirrors or windows, no way to plug in any type of phone is utterly ridiculous and not financially feasible. I’m not even going to mention the $72 rental fee that Woodward Mercantile charged just for renting the truck. This is my last ever rental from UHaul. Nor will I recommend anyone renting for their moving experience.

Jeffrey SPlease make sure everything paid for is on the truck. We had to make two separate trips just to find a utility dolly when it should have already been on the truck… Super frustrating in the midst of moving. Other than that, everyone at the desk was very kind and inviting.

Naomi DThe truck had not been swept out. Truck had an issue that every time it hit a bump the cruise control would shut off. Traction control and abs lights then flashed on and off. A short in the system. I was not able to provide feedback when I dropped the truck off on Saturday afternoon. Website wouldn’t accept the photos.
Bo RThe people at Woodward M were superb. They straightened out a mess that Uhaul created for me and got me on my way. The truck was greasy in the back and dirty in front. The windshield was thick with dirt.

AARON WThe hitch on the trailer did not fit my 2” ball properly. Was very loose and banged around very loudly on side streets or anytime going over a bridge or uneven road on the highway. I have never experienced towing anything like that in my life. It was so bad we decided not to return to home location which cost us more than twice the original cost. Very disappointing. The people working at the pick up location were polite and respectful just not very understanding of the situation. That was the most stressful miserable tow job I’ve ever experienced.
Stephen HThe truck had a headlight that was broken and pointed toward the ground held on with packing tape. It made it a bit more challenging when driving in the dark. Probably should have had it fixed before sending it out. Also, billing issues as I was told that I would get half of my money back if I dropped off within 24 hours. I did so and then everyone said that I wouldn't get the other half back and of course there is nothing I can do at this point other than move on.
Vu NMore lighting in the parking area. I slipped and fell because I did not see the ice in the dirt.
