Joseph GThe outside employee's assistance was just okay. He appeared more interested in his phone than helping customers and gave the impression that he didn't really want to be there. He walked so slowly that I had already unhooked the trailer before he even made it over to my location. On the other hand, the inside employee was pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful. She provided excellent customer service.
Harold FFor improvements? Honestly, nothing. I love this location, the 3 times I've had to drive a uhaul, I've gone to this location. The staff are great, informal, just all around a fantastic experience.
