The staff were excellent, the place was easy to fine, but only one problem. The trailer was disgustingly dirty inside. We needed to sweep out gravel and dirt and also wash what ever was sticky at the front before we could load our items. We made sure it was spotless before we returned it. We wished it had been inspected beforehand. Otherwise the trailer pulled great.
DOROTHY IHa some difficulty with returning vehicle. Didn't know app was required. Returned van early but was incorrectly charged for 2 days when it should have been only 1 day. The location worked with regional manager to correct and refund.

Diana RWe were scheduled to get a truck in Harriman and there was no truck available because it was not returned on time. The Harriman team quickly found us a truck at another location. They were excellent. The only negative of the entire experience is that we needed 20 furniture blankets which we were charged for and we never received them.
Bill FThe truck interior was dirty. There was dried up coffee in the cup holders. It smelled like cigarette smoke and there were cigarette butt’s in the back compartment along with twine that was still tied to the slats. Make sure the trucks are clean before the next customer rents the vehicle.
