Upon returning our UHaul, the key accidentally got locked in the truck. This location did NOT have another key so we had to pay $180 for a locksmith. And the locksmith took almost an hour to get there so our return then became late! They should have an extra key in the store for instances like this. And the employees barely knew how to even run the customer service to even rent and return the UHaul.
