Susan DWorst experience ever. Booked online via app did not select damage waiver. Vehicle had snow on it when I arrived for appt the app did not work to check out went in and they added the damage waiver without me knowing. I made a few trips with the van locally to move and had over 50 miles charged. I cannot prove i didn’t drive that much because I never took a photo of odometer before I left but could not have driven more than 30 max rude counter people. They provided refund for the waiver only after I complained. This location should not be allowed to provide rentals with the uhaul name. Fraudulent

GARY HWas soma damages on the truck and trailer what they did not tell client about. And than i so it thy said they will make some note about it. They must know about it before we sign papers.
