Wooden was great but I resvered a truck about a week in advance but there was NO TRUCK at the location near me when I went to check on it ! I had to travel 15 miles from home to get one!! Why did U-haul not get a truck there!!! Disappointed in U- haul!!! Cost me more because of distance i had to go!! I rent a truck about 2 - 3 times a year!!

I was told it was .50/mile when making reservations. When I picked up truck they said it was .99/mile.

I did not receive the size truck I ordered. Thankfully, they had a smaller truck available. Although I called the day prior to confirm the rental/equipment (left a message), I recommend calling and talking with the location that your equipment is available.

The steering alignment on the U-haul truck that I rented is off. Seemed to be aligned at 11:00 o’clock instead of 12:00 o’clock. Made for a awkward drive.

There was a key drop in the door. I returned the vehicle on Sunday before the first 24 hours was up and was charged an extra day of $40. No one was at the location at drop off. I took a photo of dropping the keys in the drop box.

Because the location was far from my home, it was not convenient. That is not their fault - and they can't do anything about that. However, when I went to pick up the equipment, I drove around the building twice, because I couldn't find the entrance.
the girls at the "desk" were not veterans at U-Haul rentals. However, the owner of franchise was there, and he was not only friendly, informative, helpful, but also funny. Ultimately, this was a very good experience. Even if it wasn't very close to my home!

Spread out the rental equipment better, so that one location doesn’t have five of a needed item, having to drive past 20 dealers that have nothing for an hour+ to get what you need is a little disconcerting.
