ROGER EThe steering alignment on the U-haul truck that I rented is off. Seemed to be aligned at 11:00 o’clock instead of 12:00 o’clock. Made for a awkward drive.

Shelley MThere was a key drop in the door. I returned the vehicle on Sunday before the first 24 hours was up and was charged an extra day of $40. No one was at the location at drop off. I took a photo of dropping the keys in the drop box.

Craig BBecause the location was far from my home, it was not convenient. That is not their fault - and they can't do anything about that. However, when I went to pick up the equipment, I drove around the building twice, because I couldn't find the entrance. the girls at the "desk" were not veterans at U-Haul rentals. However, the owner of franchise was there, and he was not only friendly, informative, helpful, but also funny. Ultimately, this was a very good experience. Even if it wasn't very close to my home!

Holly HSpread out the rental equipment better, so that one location doesn’t have five of a needed item, having to drive past 20 dealers that have nothing for an hour+ to get what you need is a little disconcerting.

Mark o2 years ago, I rented a truck, the ac kept breaking down, this was in June, in Florida, the hottest month in 95°f weather. They said they would not charge me for that fuel. They did. Thanks for the broken truck and the miserable trip from Florida to Ohio. Your employees in Piqua said, You Don't Care. I guess they were right.

Megan CWe ordered a truck and it wasn't there. Due to time constraints we rented a trailer therefore moving took twice as long. The person at the pick up located was as accommodating as he could be, but no one bothered to contact us to let us know the truck would not be at this location. Very poor customer service!! Not at all happy with Uhaul.
