It was terrible. I booked it in Fort Smith Arkansas on Townsend avenue. They had my location booked and one way trip. When I arrived at Townsend avenue they told me that they're only allowed to do in town. So I had to drive 30 something miles one way to pick up the truck and drive 30 something miles back to my destination which was only a few miles from the Townsend avenue pick up. I am furious because it was very unprofessional of U-Haul to book me at the Townsend avenue one way trip and U-Haul knew that it was only for in town reservations. If I went over 700 miles then at least 68 miles was the Mistake of U-Haul company for sending me 60 something miles back and forth while three or four U-Hauls 10-footers were sitting at Townsend avenue. Why didn't they allow me to pick up the place that I had reserved from. If I went over 700 miles I expect to be compensated for the 60 something miles I had to drive to pick up the truck and the house destination.

Was scheduled to pickup truck at 9 am. The internet site stated they open at 9am. Arrived at 9 no one there. Waited until 10am for someone to show up. Need to make sure someone is there when they are supposed to be.

I return the U-Haul a day early and they didn’t refund me the money, the U-Haul was park in an incline that made the gas thank look full but I took a picture and they charged me over 20 for gas !!!!

The lady that helped me was nice, helpful, and friendly. Her manager, Tony, was rude, condescending, and could not care any less about customers, UHaul, or equipment. His overall attitude was "just make the transaction and send them on their way!" The truck I was supposed to receive was dirty so I received another. However, the dolly (handcart) should have been retired long ago. If I had to rent here again, it would be because there was nothing else available within 25-50 miles.

Make sure what was reserved is there. We had to go 17 miles more for a truck, and you charged us milage. We shouldn't of had to pay it.
