LARRY HThere was no way to enter an office so I can’t tell you if it was clean or not. The whole early afternoon drop off transaction was done by telephone I had to park and leave it.

Terri oVehicle was VERY dirty. Mud inside and out. Engine had a rough idle and a "Check Engine" light on.

theresa oLocation and office manager there were great. Not happy with UHaul corporate because they would not work with us to exchange to a lesser valued item when we realized the trailer we purchased wasn't big enough for our piece of furniture. We returned within 20 minutes of renting it to try to exchange and they flatly said no. That is just poor customer service to not even try to accommodate the request.
Timothy EDid not call me to inform me that my reservation wasn’t all set. Get there to pick up the truck and I can’t, have to go 40 miles to another location. Very irritating, will never rent from U-Haul again.

Rudolfo GWorld Wide is new to renting U Haul and have some inexperience but overall, did well. They did give me the wrong trailer, but this was rectified at the drop off point. Also note, that the trailer seemed to be nearing end of life.
