The business was closed when the trailer was dropped off that’s why the answer was no on were the personnel helpful

Arrived to drop vehicle off before stated closing time, in the pouring rain, only to find no one on site. After phoning the number for the location, a return call was received about 10 minutes later informing me that there was a drop box for the key. Can't comment on the cleanliness of the facility since I was never inside.

So….i had a reservation made me apparently there was a mix up with the location people reading the time wrong….there was another location as well but it was not open or something….i waited around and ate lunch and still no one was there…. I called the U-Haul number that had reached out to me and found a MOST HELPFUL and considerate representative on the line….she did everything she could to locate the store owners to no avail….i said I would wait and while waiting I got a call from another U-Haul representative….this person helped me to get the trailer by myself (I’m capable) and I was on my way….your company’s handling of this was EXTREMELY EXCEPTIONAL….im well pleased

Disorganized and messy. They had to hunt for a pen to sign the agreement.

Had to go to 3 places to return confused as to why could not return at Beacon Storage in Wiggins. Where I dropped off my belongings. They are a U haul dealer ?
