Not the first time I've arrived at a U-Haul rental location and the U-Haul computers are down. That's frustrating when one shows up at the promised pickup time and is trying to maintain some sort of schedule.

The place with the truck was wonderful no problems there. The problem was with the call center I had to call 4 times to get the right day and time the 4th time the lady was great handled it like a true professional took care of the problem. They really need to train more of their call center people like the last woman was trained.

This Bryan, OH location and the representative who helped me there were great! The reservation experience itself was not good, and the first woman I spoke with when I called about the problem I experienced was just short of rude, and seemed very unconcerned, then I was disconnected when she 'transferred' me to someone else to try to fix the issue. I was unhappy to discover that the trailer I "reserved" was not actually available (unless I wanted to travel 40 minutes to another location), and even more so that that information was not given until the day before pickup - very poor service in my opinion! So unless I'm quite desperate for something to move with, I will not likely be using Uhaul again.

I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance. Uhaul couldn't seem to transfer the trailer I reserved to the location 5 minutes from my house. So instead, I was forced to drive 30 minutes away to pick the trailer up?! This is unacceptable service uhaul, especially with three weeks lead time.

Make sure the air conditioner works in the trucks you rent,make sure the wiper blades are not missing and the brakes work properly!??

I reserved a 10 ft. truck to be delivered to a location on the other side of town which would have been closer for my needs. I was told by the person at that location that by going on-line, I could have delivered whatever I needed on the day I needed it (which was a week later). The next day, I received an email from a different location that they had reserved a 15 ft. truck for me. I called this location and asked them why I was not getting one from where I wanted it. They told me that "the person at the other location told me wrong and he (the original location) needed better training". I did not think this was very professional to "belittle" a person in this manner. The actual renting and return was done with no problem but this was the second time that dealing with this particular location left a bad taste in my mouth.

I am just highly disappointed with uhaul in general i used them 2 times this week first time was saturday went through a nightmare and u guys still.charged me 177 dollars even though i was told to go to another location went there and dealer wasnt there and they double booked my truck.so couldnt take it had to go up to swanton i feel i am due at least a 50 dollar refund.

Drop off was after hours. I used the on-line after hours check out. That is a nice system other than the reliance on using "my location" from a phone. It took a lot or reasearch and trouble shooting to figure out why my location was not being shared on Safari (Apple iOS). Many people would not have the tech savy to trouble shoot an iOS ap while sitting in the parking lot of a drop off location. You need an alternative system such as taking a photo of the location's door with a date/time stamp.

Not overcharge people. My husband and I measured our trip to make sure we didn't go over our miles, and we were told we did, we used the trip odometer on both of the vehicles we used, the u-haul and my private vehicle to keep track of the miles, and was told we went over, and protested and they didn't even double check the miles and odometer when we arrived and put isn't behind when picking up the vehicle to begin with. They were incredibly naive about anything they told us about the u-haul, and we will not being using either company in the future, we are very disappointed after being told that the companies were good to use for moving.

I had a horrendous time I was supposed to pick it up in in Defiance Ohio I arrived at the location that I requested to find out it was 20 miles out of my way to pick it up in another city U-Haul is very very poor in communication about work whitmont was located though location in Bryan Ohio was very wonderful and very outgoing to accommodate my needs

I was surprised that there were two levels of insurance offered. One to cover the vehicle from the orange line down and one to cover the entire vehicle. Maybe there is a good reason for this option, but it seems silly to have a customer make a decision on insuring part of the vehicle in hopes that nothing happens to the uninsured part. It would seem that $30 would cover the entire vehicle, period.

They didn't have the UHaul size truck that I ordered. Then they told me that I could drive to another location and pick it up. After trying to get to two trucks that would of been almost equal for the price I originally ordered I was told no once again. After talking to the dispatch center they told me no again and told me that. I could drive to the other location if I wanted the truck. Customer service was a total joke and very unwilling to right a wrong that they were responsible for. I wouldn't recomend them
