Don't recommend uhaul regardless of location. They are necessary evil.

Rick MI would like to know why I was charged $97 and change 2 months after I rented this truck!? No one contacted me I did not approve anything but yet I get my bank statement and there it is on July 10 unfortunately I am waiting for my phone to be repaired and not able to call but I will be. I just seen this on July 18! Never again! I stopped washed the truck at car wash swept and washed inside full of fuel but I get charged nearly 100$ 2 months later with no explanation for charges. And can only talk to someone on the phone! I want my money back and will be sure to forward my experience with every person possible

Edwin BThe truck was very clean, both inside the cab and the bed, but it did seem to have some maintenance issues. It was occasionally difficult to start, the shocks felt like they probably needed a service done, as well as the brakes. The whole truck tended to shudder when the brakes were initially applied. The customer service was wonderful, however, and when I called to extended the rental period, they were very prompt, helpful, and friendly, getting me all set up without any issues.

Carlton STrucks should be serviced and test driving before leasing out. I've used uhaul quite a few times and was always happy with your service but this one was a nightmare From reservations to checking in truck.
Cindy KNot screw people reservations up. I reserved 15 ft truck and it was moved from defiance to Bryan 2 hours before pickup. When we got there we waited an hour to find out you guys screwed up again and ended up with a 10ft so we had to take more trips which ended up being more expensive.

Brandon LThe scheduling sucked...made reservations almost 2weeks in advance and didn't get it in wrighting until the day before I needed it...that part sucked
JOHNATHAN NMy Uhaul experience is terrible. I booked one month ago. The day before I should pick up vehicle, I got a message and tell me the vehicle is not available. I visited the local office, they told me nothing they can do about it. I called the central office, after one hour hold and many arguments, they find a vehicle 103 miles away. I have to go to pick it up and they give me only 80 "free" miles, because you measured straight line distance. Why do not you tell me early if you do not have the vehicle? Please compensate me the extra miles, and 4 hours of my son and my time, and my personal vehicle usage
