Robert RWhile the truck was clean and well maintained I suppose, I think it should not ever be driven on a highway again. It did. It go above 50 mph when loaded, 60 empty. It was a terrifying experience to drive the turnpike and northeast extension and have every trucker on the road angry and flying around little old me in the chug boat in the right lane. I thought I was going to die several times. This thing seemingly doesn’t shift gears well even thought it’s an automatic. The hilly uphills seemed like we might end up going backwards? While the downhills felt safer it auto shifted down to slow the truck without me asking it to, but maybe that’s a little known safety feature? Overall the customer service and care was 5 star, but that U-Haul is a slow moving coffin.
Patricia WThe approval process takes way too long. It’s terrible to have a customer waiting around for 10 minutes to be approved when they are in a rush to get the truck and get things done. I’ve rented uhauls many, many times over the years and I’ve never had this approval issue where I was waiting around for 10 minutes before it finally approved.

ANTHONY PEverything went well except for self-check-in with the app. No matter what I did, the app kept saying I was in the wrong location when I clicked "check-in," even though it showed my location on the map section in the app. I had to wait for the shop to open to check out my truck. Great service at the location, though.

Jeffrey LU haul truck had mice turds in cup holders when we went to pick it up. The guy never told us we had to do an inspection of the truck at pick up so we drove it home for a next day move and noticed several scratches, dings, dents where there was no “x” sticker marked near these spots. Inside of the truck in the back was wet. We had expensive furniture to move so this was unacceptable. When I called U haul customer service, the first woman I spoke to was very rude and talking over me. Called back and got another female rep who just entered notes in her system without really solving any issues. Will never rent from U haul again. Will pay more next time for a better truck and better customer service.
Joshua PThe e-pickup process was cumbersome. I made the reservation and had to proceed through the entire process again to pick up the truck. Tried to leave comments when dropping off but could not proceed through checkout unless we agreed to everything and took no exceptions. The driver door did not seal correctly.

Cecelia DDale was very helpful especially because the U-Haul app was refusing my card to pay for overage even though I used it to rent the vehicle. He was very understanding and I was still allowed to drop the vehicle off.

Ruth LThe owner of Wrightstown location Dale is excellent. He is an example of a local small business owner that you want to see have great success. He was polite, and was attentive to every detail. I rented a Uhaul from his location on Saturday morning. For whatever reason I was not able to access the key for the vehicle. Prior to Saturday I was in contact with Dale. Even though he was going on vacation that morning he gave me his personal cell phone number. I unfortunately needed to call. He was entering the airport to start his vacation, but was polite and attentive to my needs. He walked me through the steps to retrieve the key and I was set. The following day he called to check in and see if the move and the vehicle was fine. I am hoping I do not need to rent a Uhaul anytime soon, but if I do and for anyone who does I highly recommend Dale.

Howard HThe Wrightstown location and staff were excellent. The problem was the uhaul mobile check in on day of pick up. The site repeatedly indicated that it could not verify my location. I lost 35 minutes of my rental time trying to deal with the website issue.

STEPHEN KImprove the app and the website. The website asked if I wanted to start a login profile. When I started it, it said that my email was already associated with an account. When I put in the email address to login, it said that there is no account associated with that email- very frustrating.

James EThere was no sign to tell people to drop off uhaul keys in slot. I had to guess. Nobody there on a Sunday. There was a tiny sign on the window at the bottom corner. Nobody called me on Monday to tell me Thank you for dropping off the truck and that they have the keys. I was worried and wondering if the keys would get into the wrong hands. I was stressed that I was doing something wrong. The lot looked abandoned. The business was uhaul but the signs on the building and the door had a different name.
Gilda BWas supposed to be open till five got there at 3:30 and they were closed. And there was no cell phone reception in the area. Would not recommend this location.
Nicholas LDale, and everyone else I talked to there, was very pleasant. I guess Dale is kind of funny, too:). Anyway, if you live in the general area, this is a good place to rent a truck or van.
Nick WFilled out information online and checkin forced me to enter Driver License and other info again when picking up truck. Plus i DID NOT receive a utility dolly which i ordered. I still got charged for it even when it was not in the truck during pickup (and i did take a picture before taking the truck showing the utility dolly not being there).
James JThis location is obviously well taken care of. We dropped off at 7:30am and someone was there to help us. He was pleasant and helpful, it was an excellent experience.
