Not a thing , I pulled in, agent was standing there. He watched me pull in . I got out of the truck. I handed him the keys. He asked if I filled the tank to the same amout I picked it up at. I said yes. He thanked me, that was it, simple. A very pleasant experience. I guess they will send a final bill for tolls. Just overall a good experience.

Cristian TCell service at this location wasn't great. U-Haul app had issues uploading pictures as part of drop off process. Car drop off was off hours so didn't talk to anyone at this location. Key drop off was clearly marked and there seemed to be plenty of spots to drop off the vehicle.

ZACHARY TBEWARE the Wilmington, DE office! Went there first, the guy told me my reservation was wrong and I needed to fix it and took the next customer. After I fixed it, he “inspected” my vehicle and said the hitch ball needed to be replaced “for safety concerns.” I drove to Home Depot and back, he claimed that my tail light was out and said he couldn’t rent it to me. Checked online and found another location. BOOM within 10 minutes in the Mantua branch I was hitched up and checked out. Nothing wrong with the tail light/ anything for that fact. Sweetest customer service. So if you want the RUDEST and most ARROGANT rep, go to Wilmington. But if you want quality service this branch in Mantua is top notch!
