At least first of all, fulfill the terms of the contract. My contract indicated a place to drop off the trailer not far from my house, but in the end your office said that I could only leave the trailer in another town that was 25 miles away from me, and also when I booked the trailer, 5 days in advance, but on the last day they called and said that the trailer was in another place 30 miles further from the previous one, so multiply it all by 2 since you have to go in 2 directions, no one warned me in advance that the place to drop off the trailer had changed, and in general I shouldn't care whether there were a lot of trailers at this location or not, I think it's your job to deliver trailers to locations, but your employee said on the phone that it was all bullshit and that the location indicated there was convenient for you didn't matter, like we can't leave it here and that's it!!! Very terrible service, I often need a trailer but I won't use your services anymore and I won't use others I advise you to refrain from using your services!!!!!!

Have the truck at the requested spot instead of 71 miles away.

Would be nice if one could pick up the item on the weekend, instead of paying for Friday and Saturday, when the need is Sunday.

The folks at Wyndmere Auto were great. . .they had what I needed without a lot of notice and helped me get back on the road and off to Fargo quickly. The only thing, and it may have been because they had only been providing U-Hauls for a few weeks (according to the person that helped me,) was that I didn't get a paper contract. I've only rented U-Hauls a few times, but I felt like I should have had the paper contract that I could keep in the glove box in case I got pulled over, or had an issue with the trailer. . . The trailer was clean and well maintained, but it also seemed to be well used.
