Inside of cab was dirty when we picked it up. Truck was not loaded with blankets as we asked and we had to wait which put us behind.

My partner and I had a pretty bad experience here. Gentleman who helped us was really nice, but just didn’t know what he was doing. We scheduled our U-Haul from 11am-7pm. We got to the pick up location at 10:55am and couldn’t get our truck until 12:45. The gentleman was not tech savy and didn’t know how to assign a truck to us. He called for assistance, but that in itself took up so much time. Once we finally got the truck, it didn’t start. It luckily jumped and we were able to go. However, right before we left I made sure that 7pm is the correct drop off time and that same gentleman said yes. When I brought the U-Haul back early at 6:20 the gates were locked and closed. I called and the guy on the phone said they closed at 6. I then had to keep the U-Haul and bring it back the next day. 0/10 experience.

You guys double charged me without any expedition even though I have the paper receipt and when I went to go return the U-Haul I asked do I need to fill out some type of information for proof that I turned in the U-Haul or anything like that and the guy I handed the keys to said no and just let me leave

The cab and back of the truck needed to be swept. Very nice people!! I would use them again.

They overcharged me on return. Should’ve only charged me for gas. Had to look for person there. No paper receipt or walk through. They just took the key and said that was all. Unfriendly. Chaotic location. Unsure of where to park. No one manning the desk. Never again will I do this.

I couldnt return my uhaul truck after hours like I normally do because they have a fence surrounding the property and because of this they wanted the truck back the first hour they opened in the morning which was not feasible given my work schedule, as a result I got a charge for "renting" the truck for extra hours beyond what I asked for. I should have been able to return it afterhours and check it in on my phone like normally is allowable

the uhaul was great but the only problem was the weather strip around the windshield was stripping off and when it rained the truck got wet in the cabin

I turned the truck in two days early. I was told by uhaul when I called a day earlier that it will automatically adjust when I turned it in. I need credit for two days.

The sign on the business is not the name of the current business as listed as its location which was confusing.
