The lock box area, I could not get the lock off I had to call my nephew cto help me, that lock was not good , also all the steps I had to go thru to get the key first was in my opinion ridiculous I could see taking a picture of my license and my face but you happen to call two people and they had to answer the phone. I rented this truck early 7 o’clock in the morning on Saturday. People are sleeping was an hour late to get to my storage to start moving, then when I returned after a hard day of there were steps, I had to take pictures of everything in the truck out of the truck. I don’t think I’ll be renting another truck again this if this is the steps I have to take to rent a truck and then my blankets. I ordered a dozen moving blankets and they were not in the truck and the day before the girl said she would make sure they were in the truck., it was just too frustrating.!
MARGARET RI had problems returning the truck on the app. The barcode on the drop off box would not let me scan for a drop off. Had to call the U-Haul number. That was my only problem
