Uhaul first scheduled my truck pickup at the closest location to my home. I was then rescheduled two more times, within a couple of hours, with the location finally being changed to the furthest location from my house . The gentlemen running the establishment were very helpful and polite, however, the equipment I reserved (3 furnisher dollies and 12 blankets) wasn't available and I was told if I wanted them, I would have to drive to the another location, the one closest to my home, to rent and pick them up. I was then told I would have to refill the truck's gas tank to the (only) quarter of a tank of gas the truck had when I picked it up. I was worried I would run out of gas before the day was through, so I went out of my way (causing more yet more mileage to be logged) to put more gas in it before I had to meet the movers. I do not think it was right for Uhaul to charge me for the extra mileage caused by having to drive the truck to pick up the equipment I ordered or having to get gas when I was only provided 1 quarter of a tank. No the happiest of experiences with Uhaul. I gave it an average rating because the customer service was accommodating and very helpful at both of the locations I had to visit.

KANISHA TThey were supposed to be open till 11AM, got there at 10:30 no one around... they did have a drop box and their QR code was on the key drop box. QR code took me to online truck return and it was easy to use.Also the neighborhood is kinda rough, wouldn't want my wife or daughters anywhere near their after dark...
RICHARD MThey did not check in my trailer on time, it was still checked out, they cannot find it, I was charged several hundred dollars and never refunded. Do not use this location, go to an actual UHaul building for services.

CHARLES SThe guys over at XPS are amazing, I accidentally went to the wrong location to pick up a reserved truck and they helped get me into a truck and even made sure I had the correct size truck for my needs. Amazing people and a quality job with cleanliness and thoroughness with the whole process . Highly recommend this location over others in the area.
