UHaul reservations forced us to drive 109 miles (each way) from Bigfork MT to Thompson Falls MT to pick up a 15' truck we had reserved online (for a local pickup) two weeks earlier. Thanks for adding 4 hours of driving to an already busy period of packing/driving. Site manager at XR Rentals was fine.
