Personnel were helpful. The problems we encounter repeatedly is pickup and drop off locations are not as reserved. Frustrating!

The truck wasn't maintained very well. Manifold gasket was broke off and very loud and brakes were spongy. We ordered a 15 foot truck and they gave us a 20 foot which I wasn't happy with. Asked for a 15 foot she said they didn't have it. I had to take this one. I said I hope it dont break down on us. I left my car there because they said it's better to fill the truck first and come back for the trailer. So I filled the truck up with gas and went home. I got a called from another uhaul person about the trailer if I picked it up. I said no not til tomorrow. I told her about the truck and she looked for a 15 foot. She found one in Eldon Missouri so I told her I'd take it. Did an emergency swap. So I had to travel another 60 mile round trip. I put $50.00 in the 20 foot truck. So they said they would take $50 off my bill? But I would of like more because it made me run behind about 2 hours loading the truck. Then the lady from Lebanon called me around 1230 asking me about when I was gonna pick up the trailer. I said about 2pm. She said she couldn't wait because she had to go to Springfield. Said im sorry but doing a swap on the truck and everything made us behind. She said someone had to be there. Sorry but I need the trailer. Just a mess. Wasn't satisfied 😕. I returned the truck 1 day early and trailer 2 days early would of been nice to get a discount on that.
