Rep refused to listen to any of my concerns about the mileage on the vehicle prior to me closing out my transaction. It was a difference of 1 mile, but that one mile is my money not his!!! It’s ashamed i have to call customer service to get that adjusted when he could have done it there. It would NOT have cost him anything to adjust the one mile there on scene.
