Eduardo PWe had a wonderful experience! We are Truckee locals and we were so excited to hear there was a UHAUL in town that we could use! The process was quick and easy and Tracy at this location was so kind and helpful! I would highly recommend using this location if you are in the area!
Emily RI am so disappointed with U-Haul overall as they double or perhaps triple booked my truck and within 20 minutes of the pickup time the attempted to route me to three or four different locations and didn't have the truck that I needed available. Ultimately it worked out okay with these folks in Truckee who did a good job but U-Haul's dispatch center needs improvement
Doug MReturn was a disaster. No location in Truckee actaully has people on site and Uhaul had us driving back and forth across town twice. Neither location in Truckee has a easy drop option either.
