My pick up location and drop off were changed the day before. My dolly was dropped off my order by your website. The charges were more than stated. I was also charged for an extra day even though I returned the truck on time. Will NEVER use or recommend uhaul again. Too many other companies to utilize for you to make an already stressful situation worse.

We sat on the phone for an hour and the company whose number is listed would not answer their phone to assist us in our time of need so we had to sit on the phone with the one 800 number and online until we finally got connected with somebody online after getting disconnected from somebody on the phone multiple times. It took way too long just to get verified to get access to get keys to the truck to be able to use it. And what’s the point of having a phone number for the business if you’re not going to answer it?

Janet MI had some problems initially with the app accepting my credit card details, but someone was able to offer assistance and it ended up working fine. It is a bit tedious if you pick up when they're not open, but very understandable.
Kelly NThis was my first time renting a U-Haul. When my fiancé and I arrived to pick up the U-Haul van, the person at the location asked if I had checked in on the U-Haul app. I had not done so (I thought all I needed to do was complete the reservation online and then pick up the keys), and when I told him that, he proceeded to lecture me about using the app to check in at least six times, repeating the same information over and over and over. As he was getting me set up, he then made a sexist joke about women towards my fiancé, who became so annoyed that she actually stepped outside until I was done. The equipment was clean and plenty big enough to haul all of my items, however, I will certainly not be renting a U-Haul from this location ever again.

ERIK TThe man running the place was rude, slow, and didn’t take care of customers in an appropriate order. He then blamed my truck for the trailer light not working until I tested it with my multi meter and showed him. Then he tried saying my meter was wrong because he didn’t know how to use his plug to check the trucks connector. Finally he could not fix the trailer light so he let me leave with one working light.

JEROME DThe online process is very convenient in theory, but in reality, it is awful. It took a really long time to get checked out because the website kept crashing and I had to start over and over. Returning was even worse. After 45 minutes of trying I just couldn’t complete the return without a crash of the website. This is sooooo frustrating!!!!!! This needs to be fixed. Other than that, everything else was great.
