Uhaul needs to be better. I had to cancel 2 reservations because the website said they have something in stock when they actually don't. I went to pick up a trailer at this location and they had none left. Had to rent an actual Uhaul truck instead. The people went above and beyond for me but Uhaul did nothing. They really need to step it up.

Need to send my refund back I have heard from no one and I am suppose to get $30.00 back
bill gHad an issue with the app not sending the info about checking out the truck till later that evening, and when I tried to extend the rental another day, I had decided to change it to another time return, and it said I needed to wait an hour to try to change it. But, when I called in the customer service was great and so were the people in the rental office. Should recommend them!
AMBROSIA JIt had nothing to do with the owner, but the truck was on empty and ran out of gas one block from place.
