Had an issue with the app not sending the info about checking out the truck till later that evening, and when I tried to extend the rental another day, I had decided to change it to another time return, and it said I needed to wait an hour to try to change it. But, when I called in the customer service was great and so were the people in the rental office. Should recommend them!
AMBROSIA JIt had nothing to do with the owner, but the truck was on empty and ran out of gas one block from place.
TRAVIS BThey took $49 out of my bank for gas when I put gas in messed up if you ask me they never refund if u put more gas in than was in it what a fucked system you all run
