This location needs to be shut down and I need to be refunded. My reservation was switched to this location last minute. This location is in the middle of no where and is almost an hour from where I requested my reservation. its out the back of a random house with “no trespassing” signs and broken down equipment everywhere, it does not answer ANY phone calls (even when the customer service people tried to call the location), it even took multiple knocks on the doors before there was even an answer. I had to do all of my transactions over the phone through customer service and the area field manager. To which the manager checked me out before we even got the trailer, and when the dealer did give us the trailer.. it was filled with someone else’s living room and it took 30 minutes for my boyfriend and the dealer to clean it out. 30 minutes after we “checked out” because the dealer couldn’t do it himself, we finally were able to get the trailer. Also- The location did not have a dolly like we requested. When we returned the trailer, the guy wasn’t there and I had to call customer service and get them to notate the return for me. We were told it would be taken care of first thing the next morning. It wasn’t. I tried calling the location (no luck- this location literally does not answer the phone- like.. go ahead, try it.) I then had to call customer service again, to which I was told the manager would handle it. The next day comes around, it’s not handled and my account still says I have the trailer. I have to call AGAIN. Customer service had to notate my account THREE times (three different days) before they got me to a resolution team to get my account to say the trailer was rightfully returned. TO WHICH I GOT BILLED FOR THREE DAYS WHEN I ONLY HAD THE TRAILER FOR TWO. Had to call customer service AGAIN to fix the bill to which I was simply told “The Area field manager is suppose to “get in touch with me” within 24 hours. Heard that before. 12 hours in, we’ll see. I’ve NEVER had emotional distress from a company before, but yet here I am. Completely Shameful.

Far out location and rough road. Not regarding the location but experience: When ordering a truck I would expect not to be able to order one size and be able to get it with all the equipment that I ordered as well. Instead I was told a day before my pick-up date that instead of a 15' truck i would have to get a 26' truck which burns more gas as well as being unnecessarily large for my move. In addition, I was told that I was not getting a dolly when I requested one. The pick-up location was not at fault but U-Haul's. Extremely poor. experience.
