Only reason it wasn’t a five star, it was out in the country and a little harder to find.
STEVEN KI do not think that there is a way to improve my experience. The U-Haul location was great. I only had to use a trailer for a short time and distance, but it got the job done and the U-Haul people were great, friendly, helpful and trustworthy... I would rent frome this location again if I needed to. Thank you.

Sabrina bOwners were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help me troubleshoot an electrical problem that resulted in a fuse that needed to get replaced. They also helped with my hitch by swapping it around due to my back end being to low with how it was configured. Excellent customer service!!!!!!!

Kevin ZWhen you rent blankets , be aware that you have to FOLD them before giving them back or they charge you ?!! When did they start penalizing people for this ? Lastly, if you have rented from uhaul before, the blankets are double the cost of what they used to cost 1-2 years ago …

wayne kIt started with me being Sent 45 minutes out of my way when I know there were other locations closer to me. I went from Kinston NC to Pikeville NC. Goldsboro, Greenville, and new Bern were all closer. I declined the insurance at the Pikeville location and was charged for it. It’s not my signature. It’s a line. I don’t do that. When we dropped the truck off early I was charged another 35 Because it was marked the tank was full at pick up. I have a photo taken at the pick up location and it was not full. We had it filled back up to the same line as pick up. I am disappointed and disgusted with how this move went. We have used uhaul many times in the past. After this I doubt we use you again. Someone needs to train the people at the Pikeville location as well.
Sharma HThe people were very friendly. More light would be helpful for after hours pick ups in order to get good photos. Facility was very clean though and I had no problems with pick up nor the return.
Terry GOnly part I didn’t like is how I got my truck with a quarter tank in it. So I had to fill it up immediately.
Myles BIt doesn’t have to do with location it more the fact of the 1-800 number the lady was rude as can be and was no help for when my car broke down and told me it was my fault I was traveling while a hurricane was going on which didn’t make sense since TN didn’t get hit this weekend it was just construction and mountains were the problem.
logan aOur truck was giving away by two different locations one in Chesapeake Virginia and then the second choice was a place in Goldsboro North Carolina. This caused us to have to search the area and did find Yardworks who could provide us a truck. The total inconvenience caused by the irresponsible Behavior and the unsatisfactory customer service of not having the trucks available at the original locations especially when we reserved at the original truck in Chesapeake over two weeks ahead of time is just unreasonable and unnecessary
Jared KI reserved an Appliance Dolly and they didn’t have any dollies. I had to go to Walmart and spend 60.00 on a dolly to use for my move!
