Staff was late for the 2pm pickup. One of the tires on the trailer was very low on air when I arrived to pick it up. The staff had to drive somewhere to get equipment to fill the tire rather than have equipment at the site. After they filled the tire with air, I drove home (about 5 miles) to load the trailer, and the next morning (hadn’t left yet) the tire was flat. I had to call Uhaul to have the tire replaced, which they did with lightening speed, surprisingly, by sending a contracted company to my home. After the 700 mile move was completed, I saw that a different tire was very low on air.
SARAH SI had a reservation made for 11:00, the location was closed when I arrived. I was given the rental at 11:30 once everything was done and the representative showed up. No inspection was done to the U-haul, I did not feel safe driving after we noticed there was a pair of pliers stuck on the left wheel. I contacted customer service and was told it was safe to drive. The truck kept shaking and making clicking noises. Again did not feel safe and felt like my life and others were put at risk.

JON BCommunication with uhaul was horrible. The least professional business ever. Repeatedly spoke with several employees (a total of 8 between my 2 reservations) and every one had a different answer. None of them knew what they were talking about. Went to pick up at time of reservation and no one was even at the uhaul location. Waited on hold for 30 minutes with “help” line that did nothing but re-direct us where we waited on hold until an employee showed 40 minutes after reservation. She claimed to have known nothing about the reservation which I’d booked weeks before & submitted all the pre registration paperwork in the app. Was delayed over an hour due to improper paperwork at the site and the late arrival. The self return was ok except app was horribly slow and kept making us re-submit photos. Will never use uhaul again!

JERRELLE ILocation was fine. Had to go to 3 different places to pick up the truck and trailer I had reserved a week ahead of time because no one knew where they were. The location I ended up getting the truck from was closed but they were nice enough to help. Wasted 4 hours when I should’ve had the truck at the first stop where they told me it would be. Got charged for additional mileage because the only weigh station open after I finally got the truck was 60 miles out of the way round trip. Will do anything I can to never deal with uhaul again.
Brandon EI did not cause damage to this vehicle. I returned on time and the said damages (a flat tire) happened after return while business Lady was in the parking lot and was caused by something in her parking lot.

Regina TUhaul restaurant guy said I didn't fill it up showed him fuel in fuel neck the Guage will not go to full as it is faulty then got charged $15 for gas that won't fit in the tank. Continued to argue with me even though the man didn't hook the trailer up I had to hook it up for him, box was dirty, cab was dirty. Trailer was dirty. Last time I will ever use uhaul. Go8ng to penske from here on put where equipment actually works. Truck had a loud belt squeak as well. Brakes also squeak.

boneta jAt first I had to go to 5 different places to pick up 1 transport trailer there. Then another trailer at a place down the street, the transport trailer was not in midway, the 15 ft u haul truck the place was closed. The 26 ft truck was not there. Had to go back to original place to see What to do now, ended up getting all equipment from the original place I started at except they did not have a 15 ft. U haul had to drive to Rincon 1hour 15 minutes away to pick it up. So I started out at 9 am and got home with everything at 7pm a wasted day just to pick up equipment. When you make a reservation we'll in advance all the equipment should be at one place not all over the country side.
James MHave them not rent from Yadie Storage. He quoted me one price, over charged me and then added cleaning fee. When the uhaul wasn’t clean when I got it and I cleaned it before I turned in the keys. I would NEVER rent from him again.

Jesse CI’m really bad at remembering names but the lady that helped me was so kind. There was an issue with mileage in the system that wasn’t correct. Before she let me go she made sure everything was fixed and I wouldn’t be charged for incorrect information that was put in the system by the last customers who had the uhaul truck. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will definitely recommend them and would go to her if I ever need to use uhaul again.

DAN WThis specific location are scandalous. They up charged me with coverage that I didn’t ask for nor was I briefed on and denied it. Also claimed uhaul puts coverage on ever piece of equipment regardless when Ik it’s not true because I’m always rented thru uhaul. I will NEVER go back to this location nor recommend to my worse enemy because of the poor customer service. Plus they serviced me out of their roach infested food truck on a laptop, I can not make this up.
Adrin CMy husband was nearly stranded for taking equipment with a bad tire. Than after we finally made contact with someone with Uhaul we were told it would be 2 hours or more before someone showed up to help him. This is beyond unacceptable.
