Worst U-Haul experience I have ever had. The person who ran the location was not there and I met with someone who turned out to be the business center janitor. He was the one who helped me get my trailer. I had to handle everything through someone else's speaker phone and upload documents via my phone. When we went to get the trailer it was boxed in by multiple other trailers and I had to load them up, tow them out of the way so I could gain access to the trailer I rented.

KENNETH EU-Haul made my move so much easier. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, and the service was excellent. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing moving services.

KIRK WI dropped off while it was closed but it was easy to park and drop off
AMANDA PDidn't interact with anyone, location closed. Easy drop off. My complaint is with overall experience. Drop off location was changed after I picked up trailer. Yes, I received email. But with moving, travel etc. A text would have been nice. I received text when pick up location w/ address was change. Why not drop off.
