Need a way to give customers a receipt

I rented a truck for 1 day with NO extra equipment or insurance, but was charged for 2 dolly’s, 12 blankets, and safe drive insurance. I did not receive any equipment to use anyway. These hidden charges totaled an extra $48 to the bill.
