Adhanom GI booked th U-Haul 6 weeks ago for another location. I was told 2 days before that the vehicle was to be picked up at the other end of the city AND it was a a smaller truck than asked for. I had to do an extra trip because of this and totally inconvenience the people that were helping me move. I am totally disgusted that you did this to me. I was given a $50 credit…whoopee. I am giving my volunteers an extra $50 each in gift cards because I made them extend their time by 3 hours each. Pretty slimy thing to do to your customers!!

Marina AHi Uhaul, I had booked my Uhaul initially from this location and I was supposed to pickup my 15' Uhaul rental truck from this location on May 31, 2024 evening 5pm; addreess: 7 Westwinds Crescent NE #303, Calgary, AB T3J 5H2, but employee who at westwind location messed up my location and I booked my truck for 24 hours. I had to pickup this rental further away from the booked location and the girl booked it until next morning 10am which made me hustle around over the phone and I got it charged extra because I returned the truck about 2pm at Rundhorn location. Why I had to pay extra even though I booked it for 24 hours. Other rental companies are better in dealing and I feel like I made a mistake by renting my truck from U haul. RYAN SBecause I paid 100$ cash I rented the truck for 6 hours, I drove 7 miles The mileage was 40442 when I returned the truck 40450 I put 10$ gas The guy charged me 15$ more for gas 10 $ for mileage 39,99 for truck 16 $ for insurance I got for my money back just 14 $ I surprised,,,
Khalid AThe guy didn't perform a walk-through when I dropped off the equipment. He didn't punch in the return on time and I ended up being charged for an additional day he also entered a lower fuel quantity then what I had.

Amit MThe person from the store charge the protection insurance even though i told him that my own insurance covers everything.Secondly, he charged me for the gas which I filled already when i left the truck. Thirdly, he charged me for 47 miles however i just drove 23 miles. Atlast, i just wanna say this was the worst experience i had with uhaul in so many years.
Varun SNeed clearer instructions when booking online. It not once told me when I booked that my 10am pick up was just a time I could start the online check in process, not when I could get the keys. I was booking mobile pick up but turns out none of the trucks at this location were equipped for it, and the pick up location didn't open until 11 even though I booked it for mobile pick up at 10. Customer service was useless in assisting.

Zamarai NWhen I checked in to pick up my truck, the lady does not seem to know what she was doing. We had to wait for over an hour to do all the paperwork (THERE WERE NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE). Also, after few hours I dropped off the truck, the person in the store only told me to leave the key on the desk and they will do the check out later. I dropped off the truck at 5 pm and on the return form he put it at 6 pm. He also put that there were scratches on the front bumper when I ALWAYS parked the truck backwards-- I would totally understand if he said that there were scratches on the back, but on the FRONT BUMPER???? GET THIS!! After couple of days, I got another receipt saying I dropped off the truck the next day and not on the same day and they are going to charge me for rental for 2 days! People in the store are so SCAMMERS!!!!

Adem SWindow wiper fell off before i ever left the car park and the other one was worn-out windows and mirrors filthy dirty . Cab had chewed chewing gum stuck on dash . Took about 45 minutes from entering the store till i got the key as pos machine was not working correctly .
Eugene LThis location at a shabby strip mall. The store owner of the Yordanos Meat Market is very friendly. He was there on time. Getting the truck was easy and pain free.

TRISTEN FThe yard was not clean but that isn’t there fault. They can’t control the strip mall cleaning. The shop was excellent and helped me retrieve my key after I forgot to write down the Kms. One thing that bugs me is you charge by km but your vehicles are all in miles.
creative eIt took 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete the pickup. The owner who was very apologetic but the computer system just would not let him go through the process. In addition, the cost went up over $100 dollars from the quote. This took a very long time to fix. This is not the owners issue, but rather your application.
