JAROSLAW AA little harder to find as the address location send you to another location, but once there they were excellent to deal with. Hooked up my trailing and unhooked it when I was done.
MATTHEW CThe gas level lever is broken. Showed a quarter thank gas when I picked it up and I went and put $50 in and the lever didn’t move. Therefore it is broken.
LINDSAY MThe other things are okay, but the pricing is too high, i got a mini van for 4:30 hours today and it cost me around 200$ Very very expensive
ABDUL WIt appeared to be a drop off center only, no one was there. Address was noted on the door as to where to go if you needed help.
Kathy YCargo van was dirty inside and out. It is winter but I don’t believe they rent these vans without a wash after trips
THIERNO DTruck was covered in snow. No snowbrush in vehicle. Washer fluid was empty. Truck had possible transmission issue.

ALI ANot very happy. This is my first time renting a uhaul so i wasn't aware of the $30 charge for not filling the gas. I thought uhaul would charge me only for the gas I consumed but i qas shocked to find that i had to pay a fine for not filling the gas.
Roovis TI was over charged on gas. I drive only 15 Km and pumped $10 gas but on the invoice the location changed additional $18. I even sent the photos of before and after readings to inquiries and no response back from them.
PRATHEEPAN LSeriously absolutely nothing. 100% satisfied.
MICHAEL PI booked a track online for 2300$ but they charged 4777$ from my credit card. No one answers their office phone number. The women answer the phone do not understand what I am saying and say that I cannot do anything.
Hamid ETerrible service. Didn’t have the prepaid boxes. Changed the drop off location without notification. Lied about the gas level in the vehicle. Terrible rental experience.
SHAWN BNot sure I can offer any advice to make the next customer any happier than I am. Everything went smoothly and pretty much perfect. The associate I dealt with was named Jennifer, she was absolutely incredible. Very accommodating, very friendly and honest. Would definitely recommend this location to another person.

Pankit TThere was a drop box at the drop off location. No interaction with personnel. Had we known this, we would have dropped off trailer a day earlier.

Candice SExcellent Customer Service, competitive rate and honest with rental charge fee. The only downside for this location is peak darkness around the drop off area. Customers would feel more safe if there is at least a motion light in around the drop off box.

CHAIM MI came back at 6.05 pm and on the door and on website it’s written that office works till 8 pm but it was closed . And I pay insurance 2 times. Just don’t understand why ? I ordered online. Plus woman at the reseption added again

EBRAHIM RVery disorganized and unprofessional. Changed the returned time. False gas level reading to charge extra for gas consumed. Returned the vehicle at "EXACT" gas level (took pictures before and after delivery as proof)but charged for gas and $30 service charges. Very disappointed! Will never go to this location again!
Majid AGreat service at this U-Haul location; the 15ft truck was clean and had no issues as well. It is also possible to return the key after hours and check out via the app.
SEYEDALI GAbsolute nightmare, truck was not ready. Lock boxes were left unlocked, keys not in the correct locations. After 2 hours of waiting around in Woodbridge (I’m from Oshawa) we finally got a code to another box. Can you believe the keys in there were for a different truck that couldn’t do one way trips.. Ended up at 5 pm after arriving at 230 got a truck that was dirty and almost completely empty of gas. Returned the truck with more gas than I found it. Spent 3 hours on phone calls with truck share and U-Haul Ontario district office. Totally unprofessional
Bruce MI wouldn't recommend the location at Hwy 7 & Keele Street. There service was poor the staff wer very very poor to deal with and I would not go back there under any circumstances.
