Ordered 24 moving pads but they were not loaded on back of truck when I did 7am remote pickup. Owners were helpful w/ car transport later in the day when I went back to pick up my car. They also refunded the cost of the pads.Joe W.

I was told to bring the truck back full, to my surprise, it wasn't full when I began. I spent $30 on gas to go 22 miles, the owners would no do anything about this. I am very frustrated with my experienceMatt E.
The only thing that I noticed was that when I got there, there was no one at the counter and no bell to ring to get someone's attention. I ended up waiting somewhere between five and ten minutes before someone came out. When they did, they were polite and pleasant so no complaints there. The cabin of my rental was a bit dirty and could use some minor cleaning. Nothing off putting, just dried mud and dirt/gravel on driver side. Everything worked fine and is always a great pickup and drop off experience. 24/7 truck share is my preferred method due to working hours and associates at the facility called to check on my reservation since I was running a few minutes behind. That was very thoughtful. I'd definitely use again and recommend for friends and family in the Hilliard area. Thank you!Deven M.

Was not open had to wait hour and haft for help from another store then call another person. Then the truck ac doesn't work. No parking for U-Haul. The pick up location looks like some is living in the officeLayn M.

My problem vies with the online service; I reserved the truck online and Uhaul chose the location . When the reservation specialist calls the day prior to pick up, the location had been changed to 15 miles away in an unsafe area of Columbus. When i complained, they offered a different location 20 minutes away. Eventually, the best they could do was the original location with a bigger vehicle which I had no choice but to take. The vehicle was bigger than I wanted and very cumbersome for my trip. Neither the reservation specialist or her VERY rude manager cared that this was an inconvenience for me. I simply got a take it or leave attitude. I will never rent from Uhaul again!Michael K.

Vehicle was dirty in the back, covered in dirt/mud, including the rear step-up bumper. And the air conditioning didn't work very well and I had to drive out in the heat for my 10 hour trip! And the side sliding door didn't open from the outside. Which made it very difficult to use.Raimey D.

I would recommend this location besides the fact that the Uhaul app kept glitching to the point where it took over 30 minutes to get the keys out of the box since the location closes at 4:00pm. If you can avoid having to check in on the website, avoid it. It was extremely painstaking and stressful and I would give that experience a 0/10.Kailyn D.

The 2 ladies in the office were fantastic! They explained how check in worked and after hours drop off. They were the only Uhaul dealer who took the time to explain the rental process.Donald F.
The back of the uhaul was not swept in the slightest. Pieces of trash, change, etc. So much that I took a picture when I first got it in case I were to be charged a cleaning fee. My original pickup time was set for 8:30am. We got there at 9:30 and ate our breakfast in the car while I opened the uhaul app to pickup the truck (online pickup is what I chose). Received a call from the person in the location saying I am an hour late and I explained I was trying to do it on my phone. She kept saying I was an hour late specifically and that's why I was having issues. This was not the case, I just couldn't find on the site where to go to check-in. She said well when you're an hour late it doesn't work right. My email confirmation said my uhaul rental was switched to a 24 hour rental - pick up AT ANY TIME. Now if this is a misconception based on wording from the email, I get where she is coming from. However PICK UP AT AMY TIME" to me means I can be a little late and not be talked down to for being a little late. I opted to just go inside to do the check in where it seemed like she created a whole new reservation - asking questions I already answered on my online reservation. I don't know how the process works on the business end but it seemed to be disorganized and her being annoyed I was late to pickup my rental when I explained it said pick up at anytime she said "No. the pickup time was 8:30am." Honestly don't think I would go back to this location even though it's the closest to my new living space.andrew M.
