No criticism except I'd already left with the truck and when I arrived at my destination, I had a text msg from UHaul asking me to take pics of the unit before leaving the parking lot of the storage place, but I'd already left. I almost panicked so that would be my only criticism maybe the attendant should also let us know to do that.

Stephen OHave an after hours person to check in U-Haul. The App process is TERRIBLE and borderline unusable. I spent 45 minutes trying to upload pictures in thru freezing cold. The customer service is wonderful, the app is horrible.

Tia Sover charge me for a 39.95 rental , i went exactly 50 miles as I need to be fill the truck back and it cost me 142 dollars !!

Michelle JCheck in staff nice but did not provide instructions; such as, where the vehicle was located and how to read the gas gauge. The return agent was not knowledgeable, when I asked to use a different payment method, he sighed and call manager and asked “is that a thing”. He was unable to explain to me why my bill was more than I expected, And appeared annoyed when I asked for him to breakdown the cost.

The only truck I seen that was clean I was told was only available for one way use. I was not helped when asked for help to navigate the app or to find the link to leave comments about the state of the vehicle before use. The guy was not helpful and unkind. It seemed as if I was bothering him. Also, the process took way longer than any other time I have used U-Haul.
