Brandie TThis is for Uhaul(not the location itself) the last two times I've rented a truck, the fuel was at least an 1/8th of a tank lower than specified, and both times I filled the tank back to where it truly was(I've got photographic proof) and was still charged 3 Gallons each time. When I respond to it I get absolutely no response, so in my Estimation, uhaul is knowingly ripping people off. Charging each person $15-20 extra is huge, to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars a day total....
Scott CI rented 1 day, returned that day and was charged for 2 days. Nobody instructed me to do any dropping activity when I left the key. I will be requesting a refund for the 2nd day.
Duilio PThe lady who was attending to me was not professional. She included Safe Trip when I told her not to. I made her correct her mistake. I ordered a small dolly while she said there is only big appliance dolly and that she never saw my order. She didn't hold the door open so I can take the dolly out.
