Very limited and tight parking. Would have been nice to know about the return procedures prior to parking in the one tight parking space, locking and taking key to drop box just to have to go back and create user and password just to fill out info and take pictures.STEPHAN H.
First a child was running the front desk. Truck is suppose to be stocked with 1/8 gas. Gas light was on in the Truck and needed gas immediately. When I advised the child's guardian(I think) he was very rude. If I didn't need the Truck ASAP I would've left. Terrible Customer serviceSAMMY C.

Don't drop off after hours @ this location. They do not care when it was returned. If you don't check it in online you get charged what ever they want & charge extra for having to do their job. Rude & not willing to discuss issue just told it's all uhauls fault for charges. Called customer service & regional or district manager was supposed to call me back 16 days ago. I don't have ability to put apps on my phone. I feel this is discrimination against older people without technology capabilities. I hate using a company that is all about the money & not customer service! Won't be using them again. I will use Penske from now on. Something that should have been less than $5 in charges ended up over $80 with no one willing to fix it.TERRY G.

Our uhaul did not have the equipment (dollies) that we paid for, and were still charged even after disputing upon return. This made our move extremely difficult without the dollies, on top of money essentially being stolen since we were charged for things we did not get. Very disappointed.Kristen H.

At first they told me they would not take my trailer and then today I got a $20 charge for I don't know what yet. The truck and trailer were early clean and gassed. So I'm not sure what the $20 is.donald W.

Very difficult location for a return. Had to wait for a gate to be opened then they wanted me to back the trailer almost 100 yards and did not provide guiding assistance. Once parked, I saw a trailer mover. This is NOT what I would expect from a Uhaul return.Kevin H.

Jam Jam Uhaul location is doing fraud. They are intentionally pointing to the wrong Gas point on Your initial receipt and later charging unacceptable charges. For my 11 mile Uhaul , I got charged for 23$ gas. Â I have told the UHaul owner that I only drive 11 mile so he is giving me excuses like there odometer might be wrong thats why its only showing 11 mile. Â I just moved 400 feet Â away from my apartmentÂ and the UHaul location was around 5 mile away so in total it was coming around 11 mile only.ÂLALIT KUMAR S.
The owner is allowing his young teenage son to operate reservations and is not fully equipped to handle computer glitches or give customers accurate information when a customer has inquires. The company made me feel extremely rushed and threatened to charge me double when contract states and son verbally confirmed I'd only be charged for extra mileage which I only went over by 3 miles.Shante' S.

Truck should be looking neat and clean. Truck must be mechanically complete fit for long drive, particularly. Front desk person should make sure to give the customer what is asked for because I am a school teacher so I believed the lady gave me the correct size of tv box but it was small whereas I showed her written message . I'm sorry for giving not good comment but it all is true. telling you this to improve, not to criticize. Respectfully,Ashiq A.
