I was NOT TOLD ABOUT THE $100 DEPOSIT UNTILL I WAS THERE TO PICK UP THE TRUCK....AND I TOLD Them I did not want the insurance ...But they added it in when I went to pay for it at the location....so I told them AGAIN...and that's when the $100 DEPOSIT WAS BROUGHT UP.....And I returned thr truck with no issues and I got a receipt saying I should get the deposit back. But I HAVE NOT GOT IT YET...WHEN CAN I EXCEPT MY MONEY?? I WAS TOLD IMMEDIATELY.. AND ITS BEEN HOURS AND I HAVE NO RECIEVED IT
JUSTIN WEasy return and great staff. They got left with having to fix the bad tire.
Cynthia SThe only thing I could really recommend is that you give people a little discount on putting way too much gas in the tank. I was supposed to bring my U-Haul back with a fourth of a tank in it and I ended up filling up too much and brought it back with 3/4 of a tank in it and I think that I could get some kind of refund or something

ISABEL DI had to hook up my own trailer. I've never had to do that before so I wasn't confident driving the empty trailer back to my parents' house to pack it up. Since I don't have much strength, it took so much effort to lift the trailer onto the hitch :( I had to use an OLD trailer to drive 2500 miles... horrible ride compared to having a newer trailer last time. Not a fan of using such an old trailer for such a long drive. I need to consider another service besides uhaul next time.

Rachel WHard to find location plus very little direction on where to drop off trailer. Drop off location was on a hill which made it difficult to unhook trailer along with almost caused injury and damages
Michaela HThe Jack was missing from the trailer. That made me have to carry a floor jack in my truck to remove the trailer from my truck.
Mike FZanchas was ok the woman who waited on me was very pleasent..however I didn't like having to drive 17 mi out of my way to pick up my uhaul ...but this had both I g to do with zanchas

Delmar SI have rented a trailer twice from Zancha’s & they are very helpful & courteous.
Loretta KRoutine maintenance and detailing, very clear that besides major things like oil change and damage, everything is left to customer. No complete inspection of all items or full detailing to clean all items. I do not blame thus location, just u-haul in general.

jim fPROBLEM with reservation. Lovngton Haul dealer new but good, but 20 miles away from my original reserved UHaul. Reserved a large trailer in Decatur, (quoted $275). Was on the way there when they called to say they had my 10 foot truck ready ($750 and I didn't reserve a truck). Changed the reservation back over the phone. When I got there they said they fixed the reservation (now $180) and walked me out to a small trailer Said the large trailer (which I showed them and confirmed when I made the original reservation) was only available for in town rental. Manager finally found one in Lovington (now $325). Most frustrating reservation ever at the Decatur main location.
