Crystal RThe app was terrible to use. It kept crashing over and over. When it finally did let me proceed it completely skipped over giving me to combo for the padlock on the back slide up door. I had to call the 800 number to get the code and finish the process. Bottom line the app made this over all experience a nightmare.

Adrian AThe lady did not even secure my car onto the trailer with the chains and was unaware that the side wheel cover came down so I had to crawl out of my trunk to get out of my car once it was on the trailer.
jack g24/7 pick up is a pain. Also, my location got changed and that caused me to go over the miles. Had it not been changed, I don’t go over. I just called the 1-800 number and they said no accommodations could be made. That’s BS!
