The truck sound like it was coming apart made a lot of noise & the air conditioning kept shutting off

I called once to talk to someone about my experience, but I got cut off and no one calked me back. Initially, when we first booked our appointment, he had it all screwed up and luckily I called 1- 800 U-Haul because I could tell he clearly did not understand. When I called them, they said it was a good thing I called because I would’ve been charged three times as much by the way he had it all worked out. The lady even gave me $20 off for my troubles. Then when we picked the U-Haul up, we told him we’d be there at 9 AM and he didn’t have it ready. He told us we would have to wait , so he could check out the U-Haul, but then he didn’t even clean it he just went ahead and gave us the keys and didn’t even check it out or clean it. With that being said, we went to our storage and got everything loaded up, and all of our boxes were fine. Everything looked in good shape. We left everything in there overnight and when we opened up the U-Haul the next evening to unpack everythin……our boxes were filled with ants. They had even been chewing at the boxes and we have video. So we had to leave all our property outside for the night so we didn’t get ants in our house. We had a huge storm. So to say the least we were not happy at all with our U-Haul experience. It caused way more trouble for us.
