When I arrived to pick up the truck, U-Haul website was down but was back up about a half hour later. The clerk at the furniture store had to use his cell phone because he was not able to bring up U-Haul website on his computer. I did not receive any printed copies (email only). When I reserved the truck I selected Clean N Dash Car Wash, however on the email it showed drop off at WAYMAKER STORAGE AND SUPPLY.
