This experience was horrible from start to finish. Pushing the entire check-in and check-out process onto the customer is incredibly inconvenient. I picked up my U-Haul from an auto shop, and the check-in process didn’t even work. I ended up on the phone with customer service just trying to get the truck. Then, before I could leave, I had to take around 20 photos. Seriously? This is ridiculous. Hire people to handle this instead of assuming everyone wants a completely personless experience. We don’t. I work two jobs. I don’t have an extra hour to troubleshoot your app and do your employees’ jobs. I just want to talk to a person, get my truck, and be on my way.

THE CHECK IN AND OUT IS TERRIBLE ITS TAKE TOO LONG. I FEEL THAT I WAS WORKING FOR UHAUL AND ALSO PAYING FOR THE RENTAL.

Literally the best U-Haul rental experience I’ve ever had. The owner at Zway Automotive was so friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend!

Smelled like someone had maybe smoked in the truck; but other than that it was fine. Truck was over 100k miles so I was a little nervous but everything worked no problem. The guy at ZWay was very nice and professional.

The location itself has a bit hard to find given that it is nestled between similar looking buildings. Space was bit tight as well but all of this paled in comparison to the great customer service. The gentleman that attended me (I can only assume he was the owner) was very helpful and was very personable and attentive. He walked me through the whole process and even helped me pull out. Overall, a very positive experience. I'd be happy to recommend and use this location's services.
