The truck had 3/4 of a tank of gas when I picked it up. I put enough gas in it to reach the 3/4 tank level when I returned it. They charged me over $10 because the tank was not returned "full". I explained what and why I did that. But the answer was a disheartening...Deal with corporate. With so many other options available, next time I will use those "other options."
STEVEN MI ordered a dolly that was not in the vehicle. Since I checked in using my phone (because the location was closed) I had to do my move without the dolly. The 12 blankets that I ordered were just tossed into the van. I provided pictures to the check in app. I never heard a word.
David AMake sure the customer has the things that they requested and PAID for such as a dolly. Also make sure trucks work properly, the AC didn’t work properly for half of the reservation. When I brought these things to the young lady’s attention who I returned the vehicle to, she seemed uninterested or as if she didn’t care.

TERRY MVehicle steering need to be adjusted, steering feels loose in my opinion. Everything else was good friendly and nice staff. Lack of Parking is tight when business is busy.
KENNETH COn first attempt to start the Truck the keys were not correct and the key would turn but not start the Truck, causing a 20 delay in leaving the facility. The Truck was dirty inside and the previous renter left all their rental paperwork inside. The A/C was inoperable in North Houston heat, not acceptable. You need to do better than this Uhaul.

Brian WUpon arrival, I had to wait for the representative to return. He was somewhat rude and didn't OWN (take responsibility for being the face of Uhaul at that location) and lastly I was told only once there that I must use a bank card not a cash card (i.e. CashApp). That specific detail should be stated on the website. Oh, and lastly, he was extremely fixated on my giving an estimate mileage/distance to input and that was part of the charge, again, which should have been explained versus assuming I knew that. Overall, a very, disappointing experience to say the least. Unless absolutely no other options, would I come back to this location or rent from Uhaul again.

David WTo be honest the whole return process is extremely frustrating. You’re asked to take pictures and complete checkout with little to no cellular service. I’m just gonna hire someone else next time and will recommend my friends to do the same.
Marissa BDidn’t even supply me with the furniture pads I ordered and got charged. Horrible experience. The mobile pick up was dreadful and took a full hour just to retrieve the u-haul. Had to be on the phone with customer service the whole time and it was such a slow process, a whole hour I couldn’t use and still counted towards me. First and last time using u-haul. Would NOT recommend.

Daniel FThe truck broke down and it took them more than 4 hours to send me some roadside assistance. When the truck was towed to the location u-haul didn’t return it in order to close my account but sent it to the shop. Then I have been charged for 5 additional days. They said they will refund the money but 10 days later I still not see the credit. They still charged me for the new truck I had to get. Bad, really bad experience.
Pedro PTruck had not even been swept out, it had limbs and tree detritus in cargo area. When I went to get a broom the office was closed for lunch and wouldn’t be back for a hour. There was a furniture dolly, furniture blankets and a hand truck left in back.

Wiley GLocation is great, makes it easy to get in and out. I didn’t get everything I reserved and charged an extra day, for being 20 minutes late after refueling, which sucks, but understandable.
Taylor SYour mileage estimator is way off. Google Maps alone has a distance that exceeds what was allowed. The application showed a minimum distance of 32+ miles and that did not include the transit back to the drop off location which was easily another 5 miles. Do better for your customers. Traffic congestion and simply trying to get from A to B has to be taken into account.

Robert BI was given a faulty vehicle which had a blow out just miles down the road. I had to return the vehicle because of safety issues and the istorage rental location has not returned my calls since last week and didn’t answer the day of the accident even after me leaving 2 emails and I had to cxl my movers, lost rent in new home, not to mention emotional distress. It has been a horrible experience and I want a full refund. I will tell everyone to avoid that location at all costs. Unsafe, unprofessional, and unresolved issues.

Mindy GThe lady working the counter that I dealt with Thursday 9-15-22 was very helpful and went out of her way to help me reschedule my truck. She did inform me that she wouldn't be there on Saturday when I picked up the truck and it's done online with a combination lock. This was very hard for me and we never could get into the truck, the combination would not work, my son helped me by contacting someone by phone, they moved me to a different truck, had a little trouble getting the combination to work on that one but finally got in, this total process took almost 2 hours which put my entire schedule behind and messed up arrangements I had with people for loading (by this time my son had to leave) and unloading the truck, I ended up having to hire people to unload for me when previously I had arranged for family and friends to help. The entire thing was very frustrating. Upon returning the truck I was on my on and had no idea how to do the online check in. I am definitely not a fan of this process.
Melanie MThe drop off location would not answer their phone. They open at 10am and take lunch from 1pm-2pm. The lady that I FINALLY got in touch with after calling 6 times. She did do my return over the phone, I appreciated that. However, I would not recommend this location because they never answer their phone and they have very inconvenient business hours.

Rashid JFor Uhaul overall- if something needs to be done by the customer 24 hours before pick up, then that should be stated in the subject line of an email rather than "confirmation". I took "confirmation" as my reservation was confirmed and that I did not need to do anything further. Might I suggest changing the wording to 'confirmation needed'. As for this pick up location, the woman working the counter at this location was rude and complained to us that the location no longer had a Uhaul staff member and the location was still deciding who's job it was to deal with Uhaul pick ups.

I also ordered some furniture covers on my online order but the store did not normal carry them when I picked up my rental.
