Instructions were confusing and lenghty, they were difficult to follow even for a tech savy person. You should consider an update to the process, we will never use this rent option again. Key and area were the truck was parked was not clear on how to access it, we were lucky that there was someone going in to the facility who opened the gate both times (when picking up and droping off) otherwise no idea on how we would had picked up or dropped off the truck. Horrible experience!!!

The location is great, the individual inside is great. The Customer Service for 24/7 was DIFFICULT. It took them 45 minutes to "verify" me. They had my boyfriend still owing money although they had been taking money out of the account. One customer service rep hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. It was a horrible beginning experience. Y'all need to figure out a different way. If people are moving on a time crunch, 45 minutes makes a HUGE deal. I don't think I will use U-Haul again.
