Uploading the equipment verification pictures thru the app was HORRIBLE! I kept taking the pictures and trying to upload, but they would not. VERY frustrating after a long day of moving, turning in after hours, facing a long trip home, and not having the peace of mind of closing that loop. I finally gave up and turned the keys into the lock box key drop. At least the employee on the phone from the drop off location was helpful, and instructed me appropriately. Human contact is ALWAYS better.
Christian CHad reserved pads and dollys. Neither were provided. Ended up having to buy pads for $50. Felt a bit like I was hustled.
Jonathan SExplain why you have to pay for miles plus gas. I went 5 miles and was charged for those 5, which was fine, but then 7.00 for gas also.

Letitia MI requested two days of rental. I was given your standard rental from Houston,Tx to Beaumont,TX and wasn't informed that I wasn't getting my requested two days. There was a break down in communication. I simply was told that the rental was one day and/or I wasn't getting the two days I requested.
